• Additional requests may be chargeable.
5. Payments
• All invoices are due as per the agreed terms (usually 50% advance & 50% before delivery).
• Late payments may attract interest or delay in project timelines.
• All payments are non-refundable once the project begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified:
• All original work created by Adsbug (designs, strategy documents, code) is owned by the client after full payment.
• Adsbug retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver error-free, high-performing solutions. However, we are not liable for:
• Client-side implementation errors
• External service failures (hosting, third-party tools)
• Business losses due to content or strategy use
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business data. Any information shared with us remains confidential and will never be sold, disclosed, or reused for another client.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the new version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
